Section 7.1.3 underlines the importance of setting up a task list, of taking into account not only the goals of the user but also the order in which tasks are engaged and their pre- and post-conditions. Section 7.2.1 puts forward that tasks should be splitted into steps, whereas Section 10.1.1 addresses grouping of tasks that refer to the same subject. Section 11 identifies task-centered documentation with the description of procedures allowing to obtain goals. The unfolding of work into steps is again hinted at in Section 11.7.2, subtasking being particularly highlighted in the domain of instructional documentation (11.7.4). TimBox allows to satisfy these requirements soundly: the architecture of content, apparent in the forms and structures that populate the interface, is perfectly coherent with these prescriptions, which enables to reach effortlessly a high level of standardization when producing Manuals and On-line Helps. |
